For the purposes of this Personal Information Collection Statement, "Sino Hotels" includes Gold Coast Yacht and Country Club, The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers, City Garden Hotel, Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, Island Pacific Hotel, The Pottinger Hong Kong, The Olympian Hong Kong, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
At the time of application and/or enrollment of membership; use, subscription and/or purchase of our facilities, services and products during membership term; use of our website and mobile application where applicable; and at any time when you submit request or enquiry with us, you may be asked to provide us with Personal Information.
The provision of your Personal Information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfill your application, enrollments, subscription, requests or respond to your inquiries.
If you provide Personal Information of any third parties to us, you must ensure that you have obtained the third party's consent and that the third party is fully aware of our Privacy Policy, including this Personal Information Collection Statement. Your provision of third party's personal information to us shall be deemed to have obtained prior consent of such party to our collection and use.
The Personal Information we collect will be used for the following purposes:

2. | considering and processing your application, enrollment, subscription and/or purchase of any services and/or products available from the Club to members from time to time throughout your membership; |
3. | assessing and/or verifying information supplied to us; |
4. | providing, administering, maintaining and arranging for you the membership services available from us, and/or from any other person including any member of Sino Hotels, and/or any other firm, company, corporation, body or organization (collectively, a "Relevant Person"); |
5. | maintaining contact lists for correspondence and facilitating our communications with you and members, including feedback from you on your needs and expectations of facilities, services and/or products from us, any member of Sino Hotels and/or any Relevant Person, following up on comments, surveys, enquiries and other messages that you submit to us through our website, mobile application and/or other means, and sending you administrative communications about our services provided to you as well as business-related announcements about Sino Hotels or its members; |
6. | operating internal control, resolving disputes, troubleshooting problems and enforcing our terms and conditions; |
7. | with your consent, marketing products, services and other subjects to you (please refer to the Direct Marketing section below); |
8. | complying with any disclosure requirements under any applicable law; |
9. | prevention, detection and/or investigation of activities that may be illegal or reasonably be suspected of committing any offence; |
10. | protecting the rights, property or safety of the Club, our employees, members, and any member of Sino Hotels, Relevant Person and others; and |
11. | any other purpose directly relating or incidental to the above purposes. |
Personal Information held by us will be kept confidential but we may provide your Personal Information to the following parties or any of them for the purposes set out above:
1. | any member of Sino Hotels; |
2. | any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, management, computer technology outsourcing, cloud services, payment processing, data processing, marketing and research, distribution, telecommunications, accounting, auditing services to us or any member of the Sino Hotels; and |
3. | government, law enforcement, regulatory or other authorities where required by or otherwise permitted by law. |
Subject to your prior consent, GCYCC may use your contact information (such as name, email address and phone number) to send marketing and promotional materials. We may not use your contact information for direct marketing purposes unless we have received your consent (or your indication of no objection) to the intended use. The marketing and promotional materials may cover products and services provided by any member of Sino Hotels, such as (i) room/apartment/house stay; (ii) catering, food and beverage; (iii) hotel and hospitality; and (iv) any products, services or facilities which we think may be of interest to you.
You have the right to request access to, and correction of your Personal Information held by us. For data access requests, we may require payment of reasonable charges incurred by us in relation to administering and complying with your request.
